SUPRISE!!

Guess who's having a baby?

Christmas dance's

This year the girls did smaller dance recitals. Liv got to create her very own dance to perform, she worked so hard on it and did an amazing job. We even got to create and make her costume and hair peice

Zoe got to perform part of the Nativity and Frosty the Snowman with her class, and did such a cute job for her little solo
They are both wonderful dancers and sweet girls with many talents.
I love you very much!

Happy Thanksgiving.... the week before we got together with family from my mom's side that we hadn't seen in a long time, and even some we had never met before. It was great to catch up and get to know each other more, and all the kids had a blast running around playing together.
On Thanksgiving day we did our usual two dinners. We started the day off with Dean's family for a late lunch, and ate too much since we knew we had more food waiting later in the day. Then it was off to spend dinner with my family, after eating too much again we hung out and played some games. Even though the day seems a little rushed going back and forth, I'm thankful for the wonderful family we have and am greatful for all the love and support from them.

Peter and the Wolf

Olivia and Zoe got to do Peter and the Wolf for ballet this year, Liv was a bunny and Zoe was a hunter
All the girls looked so cute in their costumes and faces painted

My sweet little bunny

Liv does so good in ballet, and has a great teacher. She was really excited to finally be in the "big girls class"

Zoe made a cute little hunter, and did a great job with her steps. They got to do the performance twice, and had fun both times. Good job girls I love you.

Zoe pretending to be the cat with her class

This post is a bit out of place, but I forgot to post it before a few of the others. We went for a picnic up Provo Canyon and found ouselves acting a bit silly.

This is a classic Liv face while missing her front teeth

Ta da...

I tried to get a few good pictures that we could print out, but it was a bit of a challenge to get all of them with a smile at the same time.

Hanging around in a cool tree acting like some monkeys

Happy Halloween

This year the kids got to dress up in their costumes alot, the first time was for Grandma Williams office party.
The kids carved pumpkins and played games.

Both girls got to wear costumes to ballet, the boys dressed up for photography class and then everyone dressed p for our ward chili cookoff. On Friday they got to dress up for their halloween parade at school, and finally to trick or treat on Sat.

Zoe dressed up as Wednesday Addams and Olivia was a Zombie Hippie

Nathan was a creepy Zombie and Max was a Zombie clown

They got way too much candy but had a great night of trick or treating.

Zoe's preschool fieldtrip

We took the kids to the pumpkin patch at the big red barn, everyone had fun going on the hay ride, playing in the maze and walking through the pumpkin fields.

the joys of plumbing...

So on a Monday night we noticed a little water leaking through the stairs after Max showered, then Liv showered and even more water started coming through and leaving a puddle on the cement. The next morning I called our plumber to come take a look, and he was just as confused as we were about were the water was coming from. So the next step in finding the leak was to rip out the stairs, and still no luck. Since there was no leak in visible sight we sent Carl the plumber home. Then came the joy of digging a cavern out under the house to expose the sewer line that ran underneatth the bathrooms. Luckily Dean was able to spot the leak in the pipe and dig around it before we called Carl back on Thursday. When he came and fixed the leak, he discovered there was also another one about a foot away from the first one. Unfortunatly the second leak was to far under the house be crawl to, so we needed to cut a hole in the floor above the leak. We then cut a hole in the family room floor hoping it was the right spot to dig, but it wasn't. That meant we needed to cut a hole in the bathroom floor instead, and we had to take up six of the tiles before we could do that. The hole couldn't be to big since the floor joists are only 16 in. apart, and we wanted to keep it as small as poosible. Luckily that hole worked and Dean was able to get down around the pipe and get all the dirt away for Carl. Monday came around and Carl fixed the leak very uncomfortably after only getting stuck once in the hole and coming out through the tunnel under the floor. What a week it was, now comes the joys of building new stairs, and patching up the two holes in the floors. Dean digging the hole under the house. He would scoop it out by hand, then shovel it into a bucket and lift it up to me to dump outside in the garden.

Just a little something we added for fun.

Our house has two sewer lines going out, one for the bathrooms and one for the kitchen and laundry. Since we were without a bathroom for a total of six days, we had to go other places to shower or come up with new ways of bathing. Zoe was the lucky one who could still bathe at home. Dean enjoyed his hose showers out in the backyard, and we all had fun showering at his work on Sunday.
Oh how nice it was to take a shower at home when this mess was over, and to be able to flush the toilets after each use.

the great outdoors

Nothing like a little peaceful night out in the mountains. It was great to get away just the two us, so quiet and peaceful. We went up Payson canyon to Maple Lake and found a nice spot to set up camp. We ate dinner by the lake and walked around it after. Later when it was to dark for a walk we climbed in the tent. While we were laying there trying to go to sleep, we could hear walking around but we knew it wasn't people because we were the only ones in the area. We got out to check after hearing it for quite a while, and saw two big dear just hanging out in the trees. It ended up being a very cold night, next year I think we'll try and get there earlier in the summer. The lake was kind of mossy and dirty looking, but it was really nice to just sit and relax. And I think we saw about a million fish jump.
I love this time of year when the leaves are starting to change color and the air is getting cooler.

First day of school

The first day of school is always exciting, this year Nate is in the 5th grade, Max is in the 4th grade and Olivia started 1st grade. They all have great teachers and we look forward to new things to come this school year.
Zoe started preschool three weeks after the older kids, and is loving it. I'm doing a preschool group for her again where I take turns with five other moms in the neighborhood. It works out so well, and is a lot of fun to come up with ways to learn letters and make some fun things to take home.

our summer concert fun

Every summer Salt Lake has a free concert series they do, and this year we saw two shows there in addition to two other concerts we got tickes too. The first concert of the summer was Modest Mouse, which we took all the kids with us and JoAnn, Jayde and Kenya. The night started out good and we all really enjoyed the opening band. It started to get a whole lot more crowded and Zoe needed to go to the bathroom, and Nate started having an asthma attack. I took the two of them with me and headed over to the bathrooms while Dean, Max and Liv waited for JoAnn to come back. Long story short, it wa super crowded, we ended up seperated for the entire time the band was playing and met back up at the car with very frightened children. Now the girls are a little nervouse about concerts now.
A week later Dean and I were lucky enough to take the boys to see Paul McCartney. It was an amazing show! We had so much fu and the boys were in awe the whole time. The two of us saw him about a year and a half ago in concert, but it was great to be able to share such a wonderful experience with the boys. They both really liked the Beatles before, but now they can't get enough of them.
The next show was We Are Scientists. These guys we had also seen before(at the same music festival with Paul McCartney). They were so much fun to see in a small venue, and we were right in the front. I even had my picture taken with Keith(the one in the white shirt).
A few weeks Later Dean and I went and saw Gogall Bordello and Primus.
This was another amazing concert. Dean has waited many years to be able to see Primus, and couldn't pass up the opportunity when tickets went on sale. Like other shows we have gone to in the past, we like to get familiar with the opening band. This band turned out to be Gogall Bordello, a type of gypsy punk, and they were so much fun to watch. They are one of our new favorites in the Krzymowski house.

We ended our summer of concert fun with the other free show. This one was a little more calm than the last free concert, and we only took the boys with us to this one.
She & Him was great, they play flok music and the lead singer is also an actress.

What a great summer of fun music and experiences to last a life time.

BRAAIINNSS!!!

This year there were over 300 zombies walking the streets of Salt Lake.
The boys had a great time, and next year the girls want to join in the fun .

Family BBQ at Jana's house befere Chris went back to Oregon. Don't they look like the cutest bunch of cousins together?

All the girls (minus Jayde) hanging out in the back yard.

All the boys playing with Bella.

Zions

We stayed in St George for a couple of days with JoAnn and her girls, Chris, Mom and Dad and even Nikki came to join the fun. Everyone had a great time swimming, Olivia didn't get out of the pool unless she had to.
On Monday Dean and I took the older kids into the narrows for a hike.
It was the first time any of them had ever been there, and the third time for the two of us. We all had an awesome time. Luckily I didn't fall untill I put the camera away, I think Dean was the only one who didn't fall on the way in.
It was so beautiful hiking, what a wonderful place to be on a hot summer day.
We stopped about 2 1/2 hours into the hike at a place called orderville canyon, ate lunch and played around a little.
Max found a hiking stick when we started, and kept hold of it the whole time. I think it really helped him to have since he was a bit nervous going through parts of the water that were deeper than his knees.
This area was fun. Kenya and I tried to swim through up stream, while everyone else walked around on shore. It didn't work to well though. Then on our way back out we all swam through, some of us went through about six or seven times, it was so deep we had to float through.
We also met Jaba the rock while we were hiking.
What a great experience to share with the kids. Everyone loved it and nobody had any major injuries, just some bumps and bruises. We can't wait to take the kids again in a few years when the girls are big enough.
